We build the highest quality homes and provide superior customer service before, during, and after the construction of each home. Should you have a question or concern, you can rest assured that you have warranties to provide continued support.
Each of our homes comes with the country’s leading new home warranty program, 2-10 HBW. This ensures that your new home is protected with limited warranty coverage from frame to foundation and interior systems to exterior finish. 2-10 Home Buyer’s Warranty only authorizes builders for membership who have exceeded stringent screening process for construction standards and customer satisfaction, so you can build with us in complete confidence.
We know what an exciting and overwhelming time it can be to build and move into your new home, so we designed “Your Home Maintenance Manual”. This valuable tool is intended to smoothly guide you through the most important details involved in properly maintaining your new home. In addition to maintenance suggestions, you will also find contact information for our sub-contractors, as well as model numbers for all of your appliances and devices.
We created the “Warranty Policy” to assist you in the first months when you are still getting to know your new Prodigy Home. In it, you will find detailed information on your warranties and suggestions on how to care for your new home.
