Modified from our thoughtfully designed Beethoven plan, this elegant home was recently built in Kennewick’s Summit View neighborhood, which offers a convenient location and panoramic views. This sophisticated home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The typical Beethoven is 2,803 sq ft, but because this one features the addition of a rec room, it comes in at 3,106 sq ft. Allow us to give you a tour of this beautiful home!
An Enticing Entrance
With clean lines, cultured stone, and a pop of dark blue from the front door, this exterior has plenty of curb appeal!
Moving inside, the wall color is a warm grey—“Ozark Shadows” from Benjamin Moore. This gives it a cozy yet elegant feel. The sleek modern light fixture is a unique element that adds something special to this otherwise subtle entryway.
Chic and Restrained
With stained perimeter and a warm grey island (Huntwood’s “Phantom”), this kitchen is so inviting. As much as we love white kitchens, this is a refreshing departure! A 3-D backsplash is tactile and interesting, lending to the elegant-yet-comfortable vibe. Always dazzling, black river granite graces the island, with white quartz on the perimeter. The light fixtures add to the overall warm, textured feel.
The dining room light fixture echoes that of the entryway, which is always a great way to unite an open floorplan. This modified Beethoven adds a rec room off of the dining room, the built-in bar of which can be glimpsed here.
An Enchanting Powder Bath
Dramatic black walls, gold accents, dazzling faceted mirror, and granite countertops are lavish touches. The organic shape of the stone vessel sink provides an interesting counterpoint.
A Restful Retreat
Where to start with this inviting master bath? Differing from the layout of our standard Beethoven plan, this layout is instead found in our Tempo II, and Presto plans. A sleek, freestanding tub rightly takes center stage, flanked by two vanities with beautiful vessel sinks. The spacious walk-in shower is curbless, with a graceful curve making the transition from the shower floor to the rest of the bathroom. Marble, while beautiful, can give a room a certain chill in large doses. Here, the organic textures of pebbles and wood grain tile, along with a warm grey color scheme, combine with the marble to prevent this, creating a soothing vibe that is anything but cold.
