Aside from wearing the ‘owner’ hat of Prodigy Homes, Jason is most passionate about his family. He is absolutely certain that his wife and two kids are the perfect family to share life and business with. Born and raised in Texas, Jason has over 25 years of experience building homes, 18 of which are in Washington state. Jason enjoys making his lawn look better than the local golf courses in his free time, and spending time with friends and family. He loves building houses because he wants to give people a quality backdrop for the memories that will be made with their loved ones over the years.
Complementary to her co-owner and husband, Jason, Jasmine would also say that her family is her world. Because home is what holds your family, she is absolutely driven to design houses with purpose and quality for others as if it were for herself. With an educational emphasis on art and over sixteen years of construction industry experience, Jasmine brings a balanced approach to building your dream home. In her spare moments, she loves learning new things, admiring old things, traveling, being outside, and expressing herself through art. She is inspired to be better and do better because of her family and is always satisfied to just be together.
Kendra is one of our Administrative Assistants, and aside from her experience with our team, she has been seasoned in administrative support for over ten years, across multiple fields of work. She was born and raised in the PNW and has been a Tri-Cities native since the ’90s. Aside from just enjoying the daily comradery of being a part of the team, Kendra says she enjoys seeing the moving parts behind the scenes most. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, and tuxedo cat SweetPea, often involving a good tv show or possibly video games.
Nikki is our Warranty Manager, with over 15 years of experience in her position. She has had training in Built-Green, and other responsible building programs, as well as some engineering classes while pursuing her psychology degree at WSU. She loves being able to see things go from an idea drawn on a piece of paper, to the reality of a home being completed and enjoyed. Originally from California, Nikki moved here in 2004 and enjoys spending her time in the outdoors fishing and camping, as well as anything arts and crafts.
