Hopefully, you got a chance to visit our stunning Bravo II during this year’s Parade of Homes. Prodigy received 5 Judge’s Choice Awards for the Bravo II: Best Exterior Appeal, Best Master Suite, Best Workmanship, Best Landscape, and Best Overall. It also won the Builder’s Choice Award for Luxury Living.
Those who had attended last year’s parade found that the Bravo II was slightly familiar. This house was indeed based off of the plan that Prodigy built for the 2015 parade, with some notable tweaks, including the addition of a loft. Even those who had seen last year’s house found plenty of new features to dazzle them in the Bravo II. Many visitors expressed a preference for this variation of the Bravo, with its soaring ceilings and open, party-friendly layout.
A Dream For Entertaining
The effortless flow of this plan means that this house will never feel cramped, even during the largest of gatherings. Whether upstairs, downstairs, in the dining room, or gathered around the island, guests will never lack a place to sit down and spread out. Plus, in good weather, the 12 foot slider in the family room opens up wide, extending the living area out onto the covered patio. The upstairs seating area likewise opens out onto the deck.
Both the main level and the loft have powder rooms, so guests shouldn’t have to wait in line. Best of all, these little powder rooms each make a big statement!
The Bravo II is also built to accommodate longer-term guests, with two bedrooms downstairs that are connected by a jack-and-jill bath, and another two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. These are all across the house from the master suite, which gives both you and your guests privacy. Guests can keep themselves entertained in the theater room or by the pool.
The only downside to entertaining in the Bravo II is that your guests will never want to leave! As one visitor put it, “I would feel a little guilty about entertaining in this house. Like, ‘sorry, you’ve got to go back to your own house now, and it’s going to feel kinda lame.'”
Jaw-Dropping View
A breathtaking, up-close view of the Columbia river provided the perfect setting for this house, and the many large windows mean you don’t even have to go outside to enjoy it.
But of course, you’re going to want to go outside with a yard this gorgeous. Highlights of the award-winning landscaping include the custom pool and a private beach.
See It For Yourself!
When asked which room was her favorite, one visitor responded, “It’s not one room. It’s the whole house. It flows so nicely from one room to the next. It’s so complete—you need the whole thing.” Her statement is very true, which makes it impossible to get the full impact of this home simply by looking at pictures. So why not walk through the home yourself? The 2016 Parade of Homes is over, but you can still take an interactive, 3-D virtual tour. And be sure to check out our Houzz account for information about paint colors, flooring, and other features of this home.
