This year, we went with a dazzling, and sophisticated look. Not only was this Modified Aria stunning inside and out, but it was also built at the top of a mountain which made the view one of the BEST in Tri-Cities! At the award ceremony, all of Team Prodigy waited with eager anticipation to see how this new Interlude floorplan would rank among the amazing houses that were entered this year. We were all thrilled to bring home the following awards: -Farmhouse with style     -Best Landscaping -Best Exterior Appeal      -Best Interior Decorating -Best Overall [/one_half_last]

For us, excellent craftsmanship is the most important thing a home can have, and we take it very seriously. We also know it gives great peace of mind to our homeowners, and so we are happy to be recognized in that way. This year, we went with a more refined, pared-back aesthetic, and the result was stunningly elegant! We built our versatile Tempo plan with a bonus room and a side-loading garage, which added to its curb appeal! It’s such an honor to have won “Best Workmanship” for the fourth year in a row! We take great pride in the excellent craftsmanship of our homes, and in the confidence that gives our homeowners, so it’s thrilling to have that recognized.
